Chief Thaddeus of Control, commonly referred to as "Chief", is president of Section IV: Control, and the former Presidency Assistant of the UPC. He did not win the re-election, as the position was taken by Chiron of Section VI: The Lightning Thief, the former UPC Secretary.

Chief is the Chief of Control, a national spy organization in the United States of America. He was trained by former Chief of Control Harold Harmon Hargrade. His primary weapon is a pistol, a hand-held gun.
Organization Councils[]
Chief is a member of the Weapons Training Council, a proficient user of the gun. He is also a member of the Morale council due to his singing ability, and is a member of the Tactics Council.
Army[]
Chief is an Admiral in the A-Team/Knight Rider/Control Army, though he was formerly a General. He works directly under Grand Admirals Aslan, Cody, Ackbar, and Wullf Yularen, co-works with Admirals Kathryn Janeway, Mon Mothma, Albus Dumbledore, Chiron, Ajihad, Superman, and Wu, and is the direct commanding officer of General John Smith, or "Hannibal".
